Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for customers across Australia. All orders are carefully processed, packed, and shipped with trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post where applicable.
Processing Time
After your order is placed, it is received by our system, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Please note that orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
Delivery Time
Delivery within Australia usually takes 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delivery conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Where available, orders are delivered through Australia Post or other trusted logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and selected shipping option.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfilment system and prepared for shipment. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to cancel completed orders.
If you are not happy with your product once it arrives, you may still be eligible to return it under our return policy.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets our return conditions.
