 we want every order to feel as good as your morning ritual. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds and exchanges.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, please make sure that:

• The product is unopened and in its original condition
• The packaging is undamaged
• The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotional event

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@drinkfungy.com with your order number, the item name, and your reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Haven't received your refund after 7 business days? Reach out at info@drinkfungy.com and we'll sort it.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Sale items are excluded.

Email info@drinkfungy.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
